ALEXANDER posted by Missy Alexander on Thursday, June 21, 2001: I am looking for a birth date and the parents of my great grandpa, ALEXANDER, Andrew Jackson. Later in life he went by the nick name Jack if that helps. He was born in McConnellsville, OH, (Jefferson County) in approx. 1859 and moved to Lennox, IA, approx. 1872 with his parents. I haven't found anything about brothers or sisters. This is not a lot of information but it's all I have. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time.

Jacob born about 1819, Sarah born about 1821. They moved from Jefferson Co. to Crawford Co. and finally lived and died in Crawford Co. Ohio.

Lived in Steubenville for some time, how long is not known. The parents were both killed in a train accident(according to family story), need to know when and where the parents died.
