Ansalem HAMLIN (b 17 Mar 1857, Stark Co, OH) and Carrie HIBBARD were married in 1876 in Fayette, Fulton Co, OH. Their two daughters, Elizabeth (b 21 Sep 1877, Fulton Co, OH) and Mabel (b 1 Mar 1878, Fulton Co, OH), were born in Fayette before the family moved to Isabella Co, Michigan , in 1880; Eli J (b 14 Mar 1881, Isabella Co, MI) and Myrtle (b 20 Feb 1883) were born in Michigan. Ansalem HAMLIN's parents were Eli HAMLIN and Nancy ROTH, both of Stark Co, OH. Carrie Hibbard's parents were Jonathan HIBBARD and Elizabeth VANARSDALEN of Pennsylvania. MARION, EGNEW, PIFFER. I am seeking information on the marriage of Frank MARION(1838-?) and Alice EGNEW (1843-1909). They were married sometime around 1875 or 1876, and had a son James, born in June 1877 in Fulton County. Alice died in Fulton County on 3Sep 1909 but I have no information as when Frank died. James married a Katherine (Katie) PIFFER on 9 Oct. 1902. Katie was the daughter of a Henry PIFFER and Caroline NICHOLS. I would like to get in contact with any MARION, EGNEW, or PIFFER descendants as I have more questions than answers about these people. Alice was one eighteen children so there should be plenty of EGNEW descendants extant. Frank and Alice are my great great grandparents and James and Katie are my great grandparents. James and Katie had a son Henry born in Fulton county in 1906. They moved away to Michigan some time around World War I. James died in 1953, Katie in 1957, and Henry in 1979 and are interred there. Searching for ETOLL, Wahdi & Effie GEHA (maiden name) and Virginia ETOLL. I would like to know any or all information you can give me about the address where they lived and for how long they lived in Archbold, Ohio. I would also like to know what hospital my mother, Virginia, was born in 1919..birth certificate shows Archbold Ohio as her birth place but there is confusion about the actual date she was born...I have 3 different birth dates, one of which is the day she always celebrated what she said was her actual birthdate, but printed information says differently. Also, one last request..no one seems to be able to track when or where Wahdi ETOLL & Effie were married. Would you possibly have that information or suggestions where I might be able to search to answer this mystery? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Nancy Alex

Peter SCHLAPPI, son of Chrisian, and Lydia Ann SALSBERRY, daughter of Peter, both of Fulton Co., Ohio married on 6 Aug 1835, in Prairie Damascus, Henry, OH. Civil War Pension papers containing "Affidavit of Joseph SALSBERRY & Magdalina SCHLAPPI," (Fulton Co., Ohio 24 Apr 1865) state: "...We were present at witnessed the marriage of said Peter SCHLAPPI and Lydia Ann S.SCHLAPPI which took place at Prairie Damascus, Henry County - Ohio - on the 6th day of August AD 1835, the ceremonies being performed by one Henry Patrick Esq. a Justice of the Peace; that they had known said Peter and Lydia Ann S. SCHLAPPI ever since up to the time of said Peter SCHLAPPI's death and know that said Lydia Ann S. SCHLAPPI still continues the widow of said Peter SCHLAPPI... [signed] Joseph SALSBERRY...Magdalena [SCHLAPPI]Salsberry...".

I am looking for the family of GUHL. I do not know the man's first name, but he married Winifred WALDECK, daughter of Frank and Gertrude CAMERON WALDECK.
