Hi, I am a descendant of Martin RAKER (REAKER), one of the early settlers in Swan Creek Township.His oldest son was John RAKER, who was married to Sarah. Her last name may have been BIXLER, but I've not been able to confirm that. She was one of the first people buried in Raker Cemetery. Do you have any add'l information on her. She was born in 1808 and died in 1842.

Seeking information on Jenette VANPELT TROWBRIDGE. She married John Sumner TROWBRIDGE on 20 April 1887, Where? John died 10 Feb 1905. Jenette was alive and living in Delta in 1920, age 78. Cannot find when and where she died. Any help is appreciated.

I saw the posting of the sur name BEALS by Jean Witeneck. My G. Great Grandfather's Name was BEAL on his naturalization record her spelled his name BEALS and in Germany it was BIEHL. He Came to Lorain County Ohio in 1832 from Germany with a wife and three children. They had five more children in Ohio. I know he was born in Prussia His wife in Germany and the Children in Bavaria. I have been trying to find the town or Village they came from with little luck. I don't know if there is any connection but my genealogy teacher said that many familles followed each other in immigration. Ken

The death certificate for my ggrandmother, Addie COLE, b.01/14/1866 in Fulton Co., lists her parents as Peter COLE and Sara ?. She had three younger brothers, William, James, and John. An article in the Toledo Blade, 1954, says that all the COLE family were born 'on the old homestead farm on southern edge of Swanton. I need Sara's maiden name and the date of their marriage. I am looking for ancestors of my wife who lived in Fayette, OH, Fulton County back in the mid 1800's to the mid 1960s. I hope some of the Fulton county researchers can help us with these families before they moved to Fulton County. Most of these families are buried in the Fayette Cemetery. We are looking for the ancestors of George W. SAYLES and the ancestors of George's wife Sarah A. MACE. George was born in 1807 in Oneida County, NY. Married in NY in 1830 and died 15 Jan 1891 in Fayette. His wife Sarah A. MACE was born in Rockland County, NY and died 24 Dec. 1887 in Fayette. Sarah was the dau of Wendell MACE and Amanda BUSH. We believe that at Wendell MACE and Amanda also lived in Fayette. Is there anyone out there know about these families or perhaps even working on them.

This is a big wall, please any help some one....... David SHAFFER b 1848, married Allice Lucilia BELKNAP 10 Dec 1874 Tedrow, Fulton Co, Ohio. They were married by Minister David BAWERS at the M.E.Church. He died 18 Nov 1911 in Tedrow and is buried in the cematary there. Allice b 27 Aug 1857 in Delta, Fulton Co, Ohio daughter of Thomas and Polly FARR. She died 1944 /45,also buried in Tedrow cematry. Children Getrude Mae b 1876 Isabella Co, Michigan. Died from typhoid fever 14 Dec 1889 in Dover, Fulton Co, Ohio. Buried Tedrow cemetery. Cora Leona b 26 Aug 1879, married George A. STRATTON (my line and I have more on them). Ernest James b 26 oct 1882, married Blanche Bates 21 June 1905. He died 18 March 1958 in Tedrow, Fulton Co, Ohio & is buried in Tedrow cemetery. He was a blacksmith by trade.
