PRISON TO FLORENCE STOCKADE" by Kevin Frye, Jack Lundquist
& Susan Dunlap Lee, published in Volume VIII, 2004, #4 of
the Ohio Civil War Genealogy Journal. The entry for Sidney
Venderveer on page 183 indicates that he was a private in Company
B, 2nd Ohio Infantry, that he was at Andersonville and that he
died on 19 Oct 1864. There is no "Code Number"
for Sidney, indicating the authors had no additional information
and that he was not listed in the book, "The Union Dead of
the Florence Stockade" by Rev. Albert H. Ledoux.
