I am researching the BARNHILL and MCCURDY families who came Ohio from Pennsylvania about 1819. There is a William BARNHILL who died in Columbiana County, Ohio in 1845. I am looking for researchers who may be descendants of William. My line descended from Gabriel BARNHILL and his son Joseph. I am trying to establish whether the William from Columbiana County is the brother of Gabriel. Gabriel and William BARNHILL of Mifflin County PA married MCCURDY sisters, Nancy and Margaret.
