William LEEPER (LEPER) is listed as a taxpayer, 1810 in Columbiana County, Ohio. Wonder who he married and if he had a daughter named Mary LEPER (LEEPER) born 1832. Found Mary on the 1850 census, age 19, living with a family named BEATTY, in Harrison County...probably a domestic.
