     Julia Levander was born circa 1802 at Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, England.4,5 She married James Isaiah Jones, son of Hart Jones and Rachel Miriam Abraham, circa 1822.6 Julia Levander appeared on the census of 30 March 1851 at Wensum Street, Norwich, Norfolk, England, as Head, married, age 48, birthplace Wells, Norfolk, and she was the 'Wife of an Optician who was abroad'. She was living with her Daughters Hannah, Amelia, Esther and Catherine, her Son Edward, and Granddaughter Emma Jones, age 1, birthplace Norwich, Norfolk. A General Domestic Servant completed the household.4

She died on 13 February 1870 at London, England; and her death was recorded at Mile End Old Town Registration district in the March quarter 1870, at age 68.7,5
