The will of Taverner John Miller was recorded in the National Probate Calendar and reads: "MILLER Taverner John. Effects under £160,000. 18 April (1867). The Will with two codicils of Taverner John Miller late of 59 Portland Place Marylebone and of Dorset Wharf Millbank Street Westminster both in the County of Middlesex Oil Merchant and Sperm Refiner deceased who died 26 March 1867 at 59 Portland Place aforesaid was proved at the Principal Registry by the oaths of Marian Miller of 59 Portland Place aforesaid, Widow the Relict George Taverner Miller of Dorset Wharf aforesaid Oil Merchant the Son George Streater Kempson of 31 Abingdon Street Westminster aforesaid Gentleman George Frederick White of 17 Millbank Street aforesaid Cement Manufacturer and Charles Samuel Miller of 10 Duke Street St. James's Westminster aforesaid Gentleman the Nephew the Executors".9

Hankey, and nine domestic servants. Marion was a widow, 58 years of age and born in Godalming Parish.10

Marian Cheyne died 12 May 1889 at 10 Elvaston Place in London, South Kensington, Middlesex, England.11,12

The will of Marian Miller was recorded in the National Probate Calendar and reads: "MILLER Marian. Personal Estate £5,950 15s. 20 June (1889). The Will of Marian Miller late of 10 Elvaston Place South Kensington in the County of Middlesex Widow who died 12 May 1889 at 10 Elvaston Place was proved at the Principal Registry by Alfred Miller of 10 Elvaston Place Esquire and Edward Alexander Miller of Weynholm Weybridge in the County of Surrey Esquire the Sons".9
