Administration of the Personal Estate of Taverner Charles Miller late of Madras in the East Indies a Captain in Her Majesty's 43rd Regiment of Light Infantry a Bachelor who died 18 September 1879 at Madras was granted at the Principal Registry to Alfred Miller of 10 Elvaston Place South Kensington in the County of Middlesex Esquire and Edward Alexander Miller of Lincoln's Inn in the said County Esquire Barrister-at-Law the Brothers".3

The will of Marian Miller was recorded in the National Probate Calendar and reads: "MILLER Marian. Personal Estate £5,950 15s. 20 June (1889). The Will of Marian Miller late of 10 Elvaston Place South Kensington in the County of Middlesex Widow who died 12 May 1889 at 10 Elvaston Place was proved at the Principal Registry by Alfred Miller of 10 Elvaston Place Esquire and Edward Alexander Miller of Weynholm Weybridge in the County of Surrey Esquire the Sons".3
