"Robert Flucker moved to Louisiana from Clarke Co. GA in 1809.
He was The father of 14 children. The US Daughters of the War
of 1812 placed a marker on his grave in the Fluker Cemetery in
St. Helena Parish. A detailed history of the Kendrick family is
found in Boddie's Historic Southern Families, Vol. I.and shows
p. 85, Kendrick Family."
"Fluker Cemetery, 1st Ward, St. Helena Parish: The Robert W.
FLUKER family was buried here from 1818 to 1870. (I now realize

here as late as the 1890's-Edyce C. Davis)"
