Cheyne and Mrs. Cheyne, 17 September 1864 at New York, New York, USA. They were passengers on the steamship Montezuma, on which they boarded in Kingston, Jamaica and were bound for England. They were travelling First Cabin.4

She was also listed as a scholar.2

Robert John Cheyne, Amy E. Cheyne and Emily V. Cheyne were listed as children in the household of Rosetta Mary Hughes on the 1881 England Census, at Harrington Road, 1 Malta Villa, in London, Croydon, Surrey, England. She was also listed as a scholar.5

Robert John Cheyne, Sybella A. M. Cheyne, Emily V. I. Cheyne and Amy E. F. Cheyne were listed as children in the household of Rosetta Mary Cheyne on the 1891 England Census, at 51 Coanbe Street, in London, Croydon, All Saints Parish, Surrey, England. She was listed as a school governess.6

Sybella Alice Maria Cheyne and Amy Elizabeth Ferrar Cheyne was granted the probate of the estate of the deceased, Rosetta Mary Cheyne, 8 December 1899. The will of Rosetta Mary Cheyne was proved 8 December 1899. An abstract of it reads: "Cheyne Rosetta Mary of 4 Tirlemont Road Haling Park Croydon Surrey widow died 11 October 1899 Probate London 8 December to Sybella Alice Maria Cheyne and Amy Eliza Ferrar Cheyne spinsters. Effects £209 1s. 2d.".7

Amy E. F. CHEYNE was a visitor in the household of John LISTON, retired Colonel, Indian Staff Corps, on the 1901 England Census, at 57 Saint Ronanial Road, Southampton, Portsmouth Parish, Hampshire, England. She was 29 years of age, single and born in Jamaica, West Indies. No occupation was indicated.8

Amy Elizabeth Ferrar Cheyne was granted the probate of the estate of the deceased, Emily Violet Irene Cheyne, 25 October 1901. The will of Emily Violet Irene Cheyne was proved 25 October 1901. An abstract of it reads: "Cheyne Emily Violet Irene of 43a Dornton Road Balham Surrey spinster died 14 October 1901 at the County asylum Carisbrooke Isle of Wight Probate London 25 October to Amy Eliza Ferrar Cheyne spinster. Effects £191 10s. 6d.".9
