Christina Cheyne (10253) was served heir to her father George Cheyne (8199). The entry in Services of Heirs in Scotland, reads: "Cheyne, Christina (or McCallum), Wife of Andrew McCallum, In. Rev., Auchmill, to her Father George Cheyne, Shipmaster, Walls, Shetland, who died 7th Sept. 1849. -- Hr. Spl., in the Umboth Land of Houl, & Land of Burraland, with Houses, etc., Zetland. -- 9th May 1853". It was recorded 12 May 1853, the twenty-fifth entry of the month.
N.B. The Lands of Burraland once belonged to Theodore Cheyne (2600).3
