Isobel Will was baptized in accordance with the procedures of the Church of Scotland, 29 July 1701, at Allathan, in New Deer Parish, Aberdeen, Scotland. The following is a transcription from the Register of Baptisms, Parish of New Deer, 1684-1726, Page 110, "Julie 29 1701 The Sd day George Will (4582) in Allathan had a daughter brought forth Chrift'n Watfon (4583) & was baptized the 1st of June 1701 named Ifsbel (4584), her Godfathers Robert Cuming (4581) of Allathan & Allex'r Chyne (756) at the miln of Corbfhill, her Godmothers Elizabeth Irvine of adie Allathan (4852) & Ifsabel horn in Whyfhill”.2
