The entry for the said action reads as follows: "Octr. 9 (1606). Loosings of Arrestments. Lawrence Cheyne v. John Gordoun of Tillielt. Corn sown by the arrestee upon the "north wast syd off Braklay Tarves betuixt the myll lands and the [?] Auld burne of the New Mylne of Tillielt and upone the north syd of the Moss of Braklay" &c. Cautioner James Gordoun, younger of Tillielt."¹
