She was the daughter of William "the Ogre of Abergavenny", 4th Lord of Bramber, 5th Baron Braose and Maud de St. Valéry.¹ Loretta de Braose married Robert IV de Beaumont, 4th Earl of Leicester, son of Robert III de Beaumont, 3rd Earl of Leicester and Petronilla de Grentesmesnil, circa 1200.¹ Loretta de Braose held, as a widow, dower estates which included the manor of Chalton (Hants) and the borough of Hungerford (Berks) after 1204.¹ She retired to live as a recluse in 1220 at Hackington, Kent, England.¹ She was asked by Simon of Montfort to clarify the "rights and liberties" attached to the office formerly held by her husband in April 1265.¹ She died in 1266.¹

     Hugues, comte Palatin de Bourgogne was born in 1220.² He was the son of Jean I "le Sage", comte de Bourgogne and Mahaud de Bourgogne.² Hugues, comte Palatin de Bourgogne married Alix de Meranie.^3,1 Hugues, comte Palatin de Bourgogne died in 1266 at age 46 years.²

     Beatrix de Savoie was born between 1198 and 1201. She was the daughter of Thomas I, comte de Savoie and Beatrice de Genève.
