"John Boush, builder of The Tazewell House in Norfolk, married
Anne Waller, daughter of Benjamin Waller. Henry Tazewell,
father of Gov. Littleton Waller Tazewell, married Dorothea
Elizabeth Waller, another daughter of Benjamin Waller and
sister of Anne. Thus, the house was owned by the husband of one
Waller sister and the son of another.
Dorothea and Anne's brother, Robert Hall Waller, married Nancy
Camm, daughter of the president of William and Mary. Their
daughter, Eliza Waller, married Col. George Blow, whose
descendants most recently owned the house. The house was sold
by them in May 1990 to Thomas J. Brockenbrough, whose ancestor
married the daughter of Sarah, the youngest sister of
Dorothea, Anne and Robert."
