MINCY posted by Homer Mincy on Saturday, July 1, 2000

I am attempting to determine if ISAAC MINCY listed in the 1830 census could have been the same ISAAC MINCY listed in the Grainger County, TN 1850 census. I actually am attempting to establish a linkage with SAMUEL MINCY who is listed in the 1830 and 1850 TN census.
