Will of Richard Downs

1747, March 29 Page 149   Will of Richard Downs of Cape May County.

Wife: Elizabeth

Unto Downs Edmons, grandson and his heirs,all lands and tenement forever, he to pay ƒ20 to his brother Richard Edmons when 21.

Part moveables to daughter Mary Edmons and rest to grandchildren, Robert Edmons children, and Randal Hutes children that he had by his first wife Hannah Downs.

Executor: Elisha Hand, Nathaniel Foster Esq., both of Cape May County.

Witnesses: Joseph Cresse, Benjamin Shaw, Obediah Shaw
