Following the survey of absentees on Cape Ann Grant lands in 1788, on June 28, 1790 abandonned lots were forfeited.
The transcription list detailing the original Cape Ann Grants lists the owners and grantees of after the 1790 date. I believe it was created circa 1791.
Some of the entries are in pen (easily read), and others in pencil (difficult or impossible to decipher). Some entries are missing because the pencil marks could not be deciphered.
