Madge Marie Henry 96 Oblong died Sunday May 27, 2001 at Ridgeview Care Center in Oblong. She was born February 23, 1905 in Crawford County, Illinois. Madge was the daughter of Ralph Newlin and Louella Hargis.
On March 29, 1930 she married John Ross Henry, who died on January 1, 1962. Madge was a Homemaker and a member of the Evangelical United Methodist Church in Oblong.
Madge is survived by 2 Grandchildren Joseph "Jody" & Vicki Burns and Vanessa Burns & Tom Bramwell: 5 Great Grand- children Chase, Drew and Ashley Bramwell, Shelly Russell and J. D. Burns; 1 Great Great Grandson: Tyler Russell. Madge is preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 Daughter (Riva Maxine Burns, 3 brothers Roy, Berlin & Howard Newlin; 3 sisters Odessa Ping, Leola Farley, and Hazel Holt.
