CAGLE, Forrest Louis "Barney"

Forrest Louis "Barney" Cagle, 53, a Phoenix native, died Thurs., Feb. 12, 1976, in Fuller, California. He was vice president and secretary of Cagle Bros, Inc., a motor carrier firm. His late father, C.M. Cagle started in the trucking business here in 1922. Survivors include his wife, Patricia; daughters, Barbara Munroe, Laurie Ramirez and Latracia; four brothers, Harry M. Cagle, Roseburg, Oregon, Arthur E. Cagle, SLC, Utah, Russell L. Cagle, Belmont, California, and Ray E. Cagle, Phoenix; two sisters, Mrs. Doris Long, Norwalk, Calif., and Mrs. Virginia Peterson, Phoenix; and two grandchildren. Services in Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Chruch, 15th Ave. and Maryland. CALDERON, Hilario O.

Clifton -- Hilario O. Calderon, 78, died Thurs., Feb. 12, 1976, in Morenci Hospital. He worked for Phelps Dodge Corp for 25 years. Survivors include children, Albert, Fred, Lumina Molina and Lila Maldonaldo; two brothers; a sister; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. 13 Feb 1976

CAMPBELL, Mabel E.

Sun City -- Mabel Elizabeth Campbell, 94, a past matron of the Eastern Star and a member of the United Church of Sun City, died Tues., Feb. 10, 1976, in Valley View Hospital. Survivors include her son, Phil; three grandchildren nine great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. 11 Feb 1976

Maria Carrillo, 78, was born in St. Johns and lived in Phoenix 40 years. She was a member of the Church of St. Anthony. Survivors include her husband, Emmilo. Mass in Immaculate Heart Church, 900 E. Washington. 13 Feb 1976

CASTLE, Mary R.

Mary R. Castle, 87, died Mon., Feb. 9, 1976, in John C. Lincoln Hospital. She was a member of Madison Baptist Church. Survivors include daughter, Mrs. Charles Sweeney; a brother; three sisters; and seven grandchildren. 11 Feb 1976

CASTRO, Ethel M.

Mesa -- Ethel M. Castro, 86, died Friday, Jan. 9, 1976, in Mesa Lutheran Hospital. She was a hotel and cafe operator for 26 years. Husband, Felix C.; four nieces and two nephews also survive. Interment Greenwood. 1/12/1976.

CATES, Mary S.

Mary S. Cates, 69, died Saturday, Jan. 10, 1976. She came here in 1943 and attended Calvary Temple. Husband, Thayer C. Cates; a sister, Mrs. Nellie Smith, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and two brothers, Arlie Bowles, Poteau, OK, and Felix Bowles, Tulsa, OK. Interment Green Acres. 1/13/1976.

CATLETT, Ellen Elizabeth

Ellen Elizabeth Catlett, 63, died Sunday, Jan. 11, 1976. She was married to a Church of Christ preacher who served churches in Arkansas, Oregon and Arizona. CHAPMAN, Dr. Charles B.

Mesa -- Dr. Charles B. Chapman, 74, a retired physician, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 1976, in Desert Samaritan Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Winifred; four children and ten grandchildren; and a sister. Services in Welch, West Virginia. 10 Feb 1976

CHRYSTAL, Wilfred J.

Wilfred J. Chrystal, 64, died Monday, Jan. 12, 1976, in Memorial Hospital. He was a retired water sewer construction worker and WWII Army veteran. Survived by daughters, Loretta SCHAEFER, Ivyland, Pennsylvania; and Jacqueline THOMPSON, Phoenix; a brother, Joseph Chrystal, Brooklyn, New York; and two sisters, Eugenia Coppo, Long Island, New York and Eleanor Powell, Cincinnati, Ohio; and eight grandchildren. CIENFUEGOS, Josephine

Josephine Cienfuegos, 83, 1918 E. Jackson, was born in Arizona and died Tuesday, Jan. 6, 1976, in a Phoenix hospital. She and her late husband homesteaded on 40 acres south of Guadalupe. Survivors include her children, Lucy BARBA, Josie VILLEGAS, Frank, Paul and Servando; a brother; 26 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. Mass in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 920 S. 17th St. Interment St. Francis Cemetery. 1/9/1976.

CISZ, Florence G.

Sun City -- Florence G. Cisz, 63, a former Motorola employee, died Wed., Feb. 11, 1976, in Boswell Hospital. Survivors include her husband, Stephen; daughters, Bernadine Centnarowiz, Arlene Lane, Lisa Camp, and Rosemary; 3 brothers and 4 sisters; and 11 grandchildren.
