Collseum Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN 46808. To make your reservation call 260-483-0091, Press 4 (update or speak with representative). Reservations are in Henrietta Deale's name. The daily rate is $52.00 +14% Tax (Total $59.28), discounted from normal rate of $68.99 plus tax. You are responsible for making your own reservation, in your name. Please contact the Travel Chairperson when you make your reservation, so she can keep track of the rooms.
