NAVE

I am trying to find out some information on Wesley Nave who lived in Sumner Co. Ks from 1876 until the time he died on 11 Aug. 1917. I believe he moved near South Haven at first and then later moved to Wellington. He was my gggrandfather and I would like to learn more about his life in Kansas. If you could help me out I would be extremely greatful. Thank you,

NELSON, LUDUSKA(Y), SCOTT, NORVEL

Searching for the Nelson family who lived in Corbin,Kansas. William A. Nelson, born about 1835 MO, married abt 1858 MO to Sarah Luduska(y) Hudgins, born 1838 TN. They moved from MO to Sumner Co., KS abt 1876.

Sarah died shortly after the birth of her last son in 1877. William remarried Rebecca J. ?(maybe Norvel). He died about 1907 and was bured in the Corzine Cemetery.
Children: William Thomas, married Sally Maranda Scott; John; Marion; Henry; Mary; Lewis. Would like to correspond with anyone researching or with information on this family.

William A. NELSON was born 1835 in Greene Co. MO, and died 1907 in Corbin, Sumner Co. KS. He married (1) Sarah Luduska HUDGINS November 1858 in Greene Co. MO, daughter of William and Myra HUDGINS. He married (2) Rebecca J. Aft. 1877.

Children of William NELSON and Sarah HUDGINS are:

  1. William Thomas NELSON, b. October 16, 1859, Greene Co. MO; d. 1939, Corbin, Sumner Co. KS.

William Thomas NELSON married Sally Maranda SCOTT June 30, 1883, daughter of James and Charlotte SCOTT. Their children were:

  4. Nellie Lavelle NELSON, b. September 25, 1892; d. Chicago; m. Edward Woolwell STODDARD.

My name is Ken and am looking for the burial info of my gg grandfather who died in Anson. His name was John NOTEWARE but I have no idea of date of death. He was born in 1819 in NY.
