  1. Gramp, Barbara - Re: Beulah Cemetery. 07Nov2001. The Pocahontas Times, of August 24, 1972, had post for Beulah Cemetery Cleanup Day. Also in The Pocahontas Times, of August 30, 1973 mentions Cemetery Notice for "Beulah Cemetery on Robins Fork".

Personal email-->" I don't know the names of the roads, but you go from Rt 219 past the Cochran Cemetery and the Fish Hatchery and turn before the West Union Church...There are probably 30 or more graves there and dates back the 1870's."
  2. Jackson, Doug Re: Beverage Cemetery. Aug, 8, 2003. Cemetery Survey--> "The Beverage Cemetery is located on the Spruce Flat Road. The location you have on the website is missing the name of the road. After you turn on Spruce Flat Road, it is probably 2 miles to the cemetery. The last 1/4 mile is definately 4 wheel drive or walking."

Cemetery: Boyer Cemetery Donations

  1. The Pocahontas Times, May 26, 2005, Vol. 122 - NO. 50, Page 2. Boyer Cemetery Donations. Boyer CEmetery plans are being made for the ongoing long term care. In the mean time, contributions are being solicited for the continued maintenance of the cemetery. Persons having loved ones buried in the cemetery, and friends of the cemetery, are asked to send contributions to Marian Tracy Bittle, 10 Warfield Plae, Lavale, Maryland 21502. Make checks payable to Boyer Cemetery Fund. Receipts will be sent to contributions.

  • The Pocahontas Times, March 30, 2006, Vol. 123 - NO. 42. Beaver Creek Cemetery. All flowers and decorative ornaments must be either removed from graves or placed on headstones' by no later than May 1 so that cleanup for Memorial Day can begin. Anything not removed or placed on headstones will be disposed of. Marietta Harrison, Chairperson/Trustee
