  2. The Pocahontas Times, VOL.122 - NO. 48, May 4, 2006. Fairview Cemetery. In order to facilitate mowing, decorations and flower arrangements not on headstones may be removed at caretaker's discretion. According to the by-laws adopted by the trustees on February 3, 1997, no trees, shrubs or flowers may be planted in cemetery. Anyone wishing to make a donation for upkeep of cemetery may send it to: Barbara Campbell, P.O. Box 11, Marlinton, WV 24954.
