Rosa Dalrymple, age 81 of Jones OK, died Tuesday.

Funeral service will be at 2 pm Thursday in the Baggerley Memorial Chapel with burial in the Jones IOOF Cemetery . Born April 20, 1902 in Iowa, she moved to Jones from Harrah in 1967.

Survived by her husband, Archie of the home; daughter, Rosa Lee Stromski of Hartshorne; sister, Oleta Dalrymple of Gravette AR; 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Archie Matthias Dalrymple, 89, passed away August 4, 1997 in McAlester, Ok. He was born April 30, 1908 in Jones, Oklahoma to Jesse Lee and Pearl Angie Dalrymple . Archie married Martha Rosalba "Rosa" Anderson on March 18, 1931. She preceded him in death in 1983.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Rosalee and David Stromski of Hartshorne, Ok; 4 grandchildren, Kent Stromski of Idabel, Ok, Paula Lovell and Pamela Kitchell, both of McAlester, Ok, Penny Kelley of Sapulpa, Ok; 8 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; brother and sisters, Leslie Dalrymple of Jones, Ok, Dora Croft of Edmond, and Betty McLemore of Kent, Washingotn.

Archie was preceded in death by his wife, parents and 7 brothers, Fay, Floyd, Clifford, Lester, Paul, Alan, and George; sister, Margaret Pace.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, at Baggerley Funeral Home. Burial at Jones IOOF Cemetery, Jones, Ok.
