Rev. Roy Brown passed away October 18, 2009 at Mercy Hospital from cancer. Roy was born in Kansas City, Kansas Jan. 17, 1920 to Roy and Marie Aubert Brown. Roy spent his life preaching and teaching God's word. He served churches in Kansas and Oklahoma for about 60 years.

Roy is survived by his wife Jimmie, 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Service is held at Soldier Creek Baptist Church, Midwest City, OK, Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.. Graveside service at Kolb Cemetery, Midwest Blvd & 36th Street, Spencer, Oklahoma.
