OUR
MISSION: The Walker County African American Historical
and Alumni Association is a registered 501-3c organization committed
to the recording, preservation and celebration of the history of
African Americans in Walker County, Georgia.
We also work to
contribute to the sense of community and connection among Walker
County Schools' African American Alumni, and assist in the retention
and successful high school completion of Walker County's students of
African Descent through the use of African American History.
