Maria Katharina Kuhlmann (N1113S) was born on 15 June 1763 in Neerstädt (gem. Dötlingen), Oldenburg, Niedersachsen, Germany. She died on 7 May 1821 in Neuenhuntorf (probably), Niedersachsen, Germany, at age 57.

He was the second Wardenburg owner (Erbhofbauer) of the farm in Bäke. He had an hereditary lease (Meierrecht). He made the final payment and bought the farm from Count Christian von Münnich on 10 May 1871.

Rüscher (N11123-1Sx) and Anna Catharina Scheumer (N11123-1Sx), on 26 April 1892. She and her second husband, Friedr. Rüscher, bought the farm in Bäke, Niedersachsen, Germany, from her daughter, Bertha, on 10 May 1905. She died on 8 July 1923 in Bäke at age 62.

Rüscher. (The Neuenhuntorfer Chronik says that Bertha sold the property to Diedr. Aug. Rüscher in 1905.).
