SARAH CHRISTY (JULIUS, SAMUEL (?))

The only documented information we have for Sarah Christy is her marriage to Elijah Davis.  The marriage is in Woodford County Kentucky marriage records as occurring the 21st. of September 1790.  She is also named in Julius Christy's will as "My Daughter, Sarah Davis.".

It is believed that Sarah and Elijah lived in Scott County Kentucky, in the same area as her sister, Elizabeth Christy Glass.  The destruction of Scott County records and the frequency of the surname "DAVIS", and the added difficulty of their being another ELIJAH DAVIS in the same area, made research difficult.

It is hoped that a descendent of Sarah and Elijah will concentrate on this line and then share their information.
