Upon the report of a Board of Officers convened by special orders No 285 from this office,
1st Lt. Thorton Thompson, 79th Ohio Volunteers is hereby honorably Discharged from the Service of the United States on account of physical disability with condition that he shall receive no final payment until he has satisfied the Pay Department that he is not indebted to the government.
