WELCOME!

You have joined us at the web pages for the Hutt Valley Branch of the New Zealand Society of Genealogists.  This site provides information for our branch members and also for anyone interested in researching their family history in the Hutt Valley area.

Meetings

Our Branch generally meets at least once a month, sometimes twice, at the Petone Public Library meeting room, 7-11 Britannia Street, Petone.  Evening access is via the door from the Peel Place Car Park.

Parking is available in Peel Place Car Park, next to the Library, and accessed from either Britannia St or Richmond St.  This map shows Peel Place Car Park.

Visitors are most welcome.

The Hutt Valley Branch will again be hosting the NZSG Combined Wellington Branches Family History Open Day in August this year.

Venue: The Hutt Bowling Club, Myrtle St, Lower Hutt
