75 Years of Wedding Gowns:  1900-1975 

On the left above, a dotted swiss gown worn over a satin under dress.

On the right is an elaborate 5-tiered lace gown with train.  Pearls and sequins are present on the bodice.  It is dated 1965.

Above are two 1916 wedding gowns.

The wedding gown of Mary Blethen is on the left above.  The gown, in cream satin, was a two-piece with a train and elaborate tassel ornaments.

On the right, in ivory silk, the wedding gown of Anthonina Klimavicz.  Her veil is the one in the center.

Maude Mayo's wedding gown

The gown on the left above is the 1898 wedding gown of Maude Mayo.  On the right is a 1976 one-of-a-kind macrame sheath worn over a yellow broadcloth under dress.
