Kidder. Born in Elkhart IN on July 30 1880. Died August 5th 1990.
Her father was Simon L. Kidder and her mother Mary Emma (COLE).
Simon Kidder's father was Chester Kidder his mother: Clarissa
Davis. Wanting to know the origins of the Kidder family tree.
Where the Kidders originaly came from. From the pictures of this
family they were small, with very dark features. Family history
says there was a Black/Dutch mixture in there. Was told this was
a mixture of Dutch Indonesian. Any help appreciated. There is
supposedly still family in Elkhart. Have not been able to get in
touch with any of them.

of their sons was born in Adams Co. Robert G. SNYDER B- 1909.

HARPER family. George was born 22 Nov.1853 in Peru, In.He and his
parents moved to Elkhart county in 1863. He was one of twelve
children born to Daniel Lehman and Magdalena Shrock.France was
born 6 Feb 1859 possibly in Elkhart co. Her father was Jefferson
HARPER, and I have two possible names for her mother. One is Mary
KEE and the other Rebecca LEE. Known children of George and
Frances are Otis, Doyle,Fred, and two daughters Sophia Zimmer and
Laura B. Kryder, Hartz.George died 26 Dec 1930 in South Bend,
Indianaand is buried in Riverview cemetery in that city. Frances
died 14 Feb. 1937 in South Bend , and is also buried in Riverview
cemetery. Any help, with any of these names would be greatly
appreciated.
