Helen Walters 84 Oblong, Il. died Tuesday March 20, 2001 at Crawford Memorial Hospital Robinson, IL. She was born June 21, 1916 in Oblong, IL and was the daughter of Owen A. Walters & Clara Dale Drake.
Helen worked for over thirty years in the bookkeeping department of First National Bank Oblong, retiring in 1982 as Head Bookkeeper. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors.
Helen is survived by a cousin Norma (Larrabee) Wexler and a second cousin Deborah Wexler. She is preceded in death by her parents and a cousin Marjorie Marshall.
Burial is in Oblong Cemetery.
