Wanda Grace Michael, 77, of Robinson, IL, died at 1:15 a.m. Sunday, October 3, 2004 at Cotillion Ridge Nursing Center, Robinson. She was born February 25, 1927, in Robinson, the daughter of Carl Admiral Eaken and Mattie B. VanWinkle Eaken. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Robinson; and was a member and past president of the Robinson Women's Club.
She married Fred Michael on February 2, 1946 and he survives. She is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Tom Wiseman, Robinson; her granddaughter, Sarah Wiseman, Robinson; her nieces and nephews, Ann and Martin Carr, Palestine, Sue Shields, Hot Springs, AR, and Rick Ruddel, Stockholm, Sweden.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Muriel Ruth Kent; and a brother, Jesse Eaken.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2004 at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson. Graveside services will follow in the Robinson New Cemetery, Robinson with Rev. Robert Foulk officiating. Memorials may be made to the South Union Church with envelopes available at the funeral home.
