Mary Alice McClure, 77, of rural Flat Rock, IL, dired at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL, Friday August 8, 2003. She was born March 24, 1926 in Honey Creek Township, Crawford Co., IL, the daughter of John Joseph Gddis and Blanche Cecil Spyker Gaddis.

She was a homemaker, a member of the Lades of the Moose, the Robinson V.F.W. Auxillary, Post #4549, and the Robinson American Legion Auxillary, Post #69.

She is survived by 2 daughters and her son-in-law, Linda and Curtis Page, Casey, Janice "McClure" Hraga, Atlanta, GA; 3 grandsons, David Loftis, Casey, Mark Loftis, Iversle, IL, Danny Loftis, Casey; 6 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Norma Norberg and Thelma White, both of Robinson; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers, Frank "Jack" Gaddis, Clyde Gaddis, and Charles Gaddis in infancy; 2 sisters, Ruth Catt and Lois White.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 13th at 10:00 a.m. at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson. Visitation is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 12th at the funeral home. Burial is in the Tohill Cemetery, rural Flat Rock. Memorials may be made to the V.F.W. Transportation Fund with envelopes at the funeral home.
