* John Sheene
  b. 163_ Freckenham Parish, England, d. 1712 Burlington NJ
     At one time he was in prison at Hartfordshire, England, persecuted by
     King Charles II. John and wife may have came to America and Burlington
     NJ aboard the "Kent" from London in spring of 1677 with 230 Quakers.
     He owned much land and property.

                       1865. He and Elizabeth had a farm east of Ripley WV
                       in the area of Station Camp and Parrish Run on U.S.
                       Route 33, later they moved to Parkersburg WV
