Edward was the brother of Joanna and Sarah. His birth is the first entry recorded in the Middleborough town records (although the entry may have been made later, as the original records are said to have been destroyed in King Philip's War).

Mary married second Ebenezer COBB.

1. Miriam Thomas, b. 28 Dec 1694; d. 10 Jan 1768. She m. Jeremiah THOMAS 12 Dec 1718 in Middleborough.
2. Edward Thomas, b. 20 May 1699.
3. Mary Thomas, b. 21 Jul 1701; d. 20 Sep 1719 in Middleborough.
4. Nathan Thomas, b. 12 Sep 1707.
5. Noah Thomas, b. 22 Oct 1709.
6. Fear Thomas, b. 23 Feb 1712/13.
