1 Speed and Mastin Green Jones were heirs at law in the disposition of the estate of Luke Noe who died ca 1890 intestate and without issue - children and grandchildren of his brothers and sisters were heirs. Speed and Green are both listed in a Harlan Circuit Court case regarding their father's estate.
