General Notes: Ann came out on the Wanstead with Joseph Lycetts daughter Mary ann.
The Wanstead ( a female convict ship ) sailed from splithead as part of a convoy with the General Hewitt. It arrived on the 7th Jan 1814. A month before the General Hewit.

The Family sailed on the Elizabeth Henrietta From Port Jackson to Port Dalrymple on the 27th Sep 18186

Noted events in his life were:

Convict Notes:. On 17th March 1813 George was convicted in the Rutland Assize for aiding the escape of French Prisioners. Being towards the end of the Napoleonic wars this was a sensitive issue and he was given a Life Sentence.
