2. Walter Raymond "Walt or W.R." Kraus

    Dad was born 29 July 1912 on his parents' farm in Sego Township south of Arlington, Reno County, Kansas.  Grandmother named him, as best she could remember at age 82, after some famous "radio" guy named Walter Raymond ... really??!  Neither her nor grandpa's families had any Walters or Raymonds that I have discovered.
