Karen Sue Larson was born Karen Sue Johnson on September 16, 1946, to Vernon and Lorene Johnson in Fort Worth, Texas. Karen was given to our Lord in the early morning hours of November 13, 2003, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Richard Larson, Jr. and her loving children David DeFord and wife Leonila, Kevin DeFord and wife Sheila, Melissa Parton and husband Danny, Allison Starke and husband Todd, and Nancy Larson, and 12 grandchildren, Anissa, Jacob, and Devin DeFord, Holle Taylor and Nathaniel DeFord, Joseph, Shelby, Kylie and Katelyn Parton, Brittiany and Cameron Richardson, and Eden Starke. Karen is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Gary Johnson, Ann Perritt and husband Wayne, Melissa Taylor, Jeff Johnson and wife Michael.

A wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, cousin, niece and friend, she is cherished and loved greatly by all who knew her. She will truly be missed and loved forever. Karen graduated from Eastern Hills High School in 1964 and attended Handley Methodist church in Fort Worth, Texas. Services will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, November 18 at Guardian West Chapel with interment to follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery. GUARDIAN WEST 41 & N. MacArthur 495-9292
