Charles Don Barr, 54, of Spiro, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2003. He was born July 14, 1948 at Keota to Ralph Sr. and Rosie Clark Barr. He was an electrician. He loved to hunt, fish and spend time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one son, Jonathon. Survivors include his wife Gayle of the home; two daughters, Emily Traylor and husband Richard of Spiro and Leah Cohea and husband Keith of Prairie Grove, Ark.; two sisters, Linda Coker of Spiro and Ronnie Williams of Pocola; one brother, Ralph Barr of Siloam Springs, Ark.; five grandchildren, Brittany Cohea, Alexis Cohea, Hunter Traylor, McKinzie Traylor and Johnny Dillon Traylor; and 10 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 8 at the New Hope Cemetery with the Rev. Brian Smith officiating, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Spiro.
