This Indenture made the twenty first day of April in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & thirty one between peter Nicely and Lydia his wife of the County of Clinton in the State of Ohio of the first part and George Long of the county of Warren & State aforesaid of the Second part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in consideration of the sum of two hundred & twenty eight dollars of lawful money of the United States to them in hand paid by the said party of the Second part the receipt whereof is hereby ac- knowledged have granted bargained Sold aliened enfeoffed & confirmed & by these presents do grant bargain sell enfeoff & confirm unto the said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot tract or parcel of land Situate lying & being in the county of Warren & State of Ohio containing fifty acres be the Same more of less part of Survey No. 3798 and bounded as follows to wit Beginning at the corner of Edward C.
