Dear Maggie, I am searching for Milo Green born about 1923 in Monroe Co., NY and lived as a child in Greenwich twp., Huron Co. and then moved with his family to Livingston Co., MI. I was told by a distant cousin who is a relative of his that he was in the Civil War and died in Sandusky Co., OH. His wife was Lucretia Wood. They may have married in Sandusky Co., OH also. Married about 1853-54/ It is possible that his parents, Adolphus and Elethear Green lived in Sandusky Co. in 1850 as they moved away from Huron Co. in 1846.They were living in MI in 1860. Do you have any listing in your Sandusky Co., Civil War records for a Milo Green either as a soldier or dying in Sandusky Co. during the Civil War?
After Milo's death, Lucretia married a Henry Jennings.
Thank you for any help you can give. I am new to the computer and our library gives us one half hour at a time to use it and send e-mail. Bonnie
