1907 Around Norwalk, OH with Clifford R. Seamon

There is a description below each of these three photos. Contact person is listed at the bottom.

    1. Monroeville-native Clifford R. Seaman (1892-1962) on his Pacific
Express Company wagon at the Norwalk Depot in 1907. This was his first job
and he had to add a few years to his age to get it. (He'd already joined the
National Guard a year earlier at age 14!) The horse was a roan named Big
Red. (Men may forget the name of their wife and children, but they NEVER
forgot the name of their horse.)

     2. Clifford R. Seaman and his friend Lester D. Stout on Stout's Wells
Fargo Express Company wagon at Norwalk in 1907. Both men later went to work
for the railroad.

      3. Lester D. Stout and Clifford R. Seaman proudly posing on their
delivery wagons at Norwalk in 1907.

Clifford R. Seaman. )
