This Ada was my great gramma, she was my dearest childhood freind. Ada L. Shepherd was the wife of Walter J. Wright, Lorain County Treasurer for 20+ years.
Louisa Johanetta Heymann Shepherd , first child of William Charles and Catherine Elizabeth Koch Heymann, was born June 28, 1855 at Huron, Erie Co., Oh. Died April 13, 1934 buried at Scott's Cemetery, Huron, Erie, Ohio.
Married January 29, 1877 to William J. Shepherd, born Nov. 18, 1851 at Venice, Erie, Ohio, son of John and Louisa (Greenman) Shepherd. William d. May 14, 1938 buried at Scott's Cemetery, Huron, Erie, Ohio.
William came to Huron twp in 1869, the couple lived at 502 Center Street in Huron their entire married life. of 57 years.
Together William and wife Louise Shepherd had the following children, Charles William Shepherd 1877, Ada Lovina Shepherd 1879, Earl Calvin 1890, Edna d.3mos. 1892, Aletha Winifred 1896.
