First Generation 1. Chauncey B.1 Lawton was born 1823. He died March 16, 1901 in Rodman, New York. Chauncey married Jane Aurelia Earl January 1, 1856. Jane was born in Rutland, New York September 21, 1838. She was the daughter of Wheaton Earl and Alsenia Andrus. Jane died January 10, 1924 in Adams Center, Jefferson County, New York, at 85 years of age. O

3 ii. Charles Wheaton Lawton was born October 8, 1860. He died June 25, 1933 at 72 years of age. Charles married Cora Sawyer in Rodman, New York, January 19, 1887. Cora was born in Watertown, Jefferson County, New York June 24, 1863. She was the daughter of Ormond Sawyer. Cora died January 26, 1934 at 70 years of age. O O
4 iii. Mattie Lawton was born April 29, 1875. Mattie died August 16, 1939 in Adams Center, Jefferson County, New York, at 64 years of age. She married Chester C. Williams in Rodman, New York, July 21, 1898.
Second Generation 2. Arthur O.2 Lawton (Chauncey B.1)was born in Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence County, New York May 12, 1854. He died September 1, 1925 in Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence County, New York, at 71 years of age. His body was interred in Watertown, Jefferson County, New York. Arthur married Gertrude O. Goodenough 1893. Gertrude was born in Watertown, Jefferson County, New York February 20, 1876. She was the daughter of G.O. Goodenough. Gertrude died November 7, 1936 at 60 years of age. Her body was interred in Watertown, Jefferson County, New York. N
Arthur O. Lawton and Gertrude O. Goodenough had the following child:
3 i. Lois Marion Lawton3 was born March 17, 1896. She died February 28, 1986 in Watertown, Jefferson County, New York, at 89 years of age. She married Ray Landon Eveleigh August 16, 1922. Ray was the son of Howard Eveleigh and Charlotte Landon. Ray died February 20, 1972 in Watertown, Jefferson County, New York, at 72 years of age.
