He was born Jan. 25, 1959, in Norristown, Pa., the son of Alfred Bolinsky and Marian C. Desch-Bolinsky. Keith worked as a machinist for Evolution Gun Works in Quakertown, Pa. Survivors include his wife, Gail Clover-Bolinsky of Niles; two stepsons, Brian D. Forrest Jr. of Newton Falls and David J. Forrest of Pittsburgh; his father of Coaldale, Pa.; and a brother, Kenneth Bolinsky of Brookhaven, Miss. He was preceded in death by his mother. A graveside service will be held at a later date in the summer. Arrangements were handled by Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home in Landsdale.
